| Lets hear your input... Everyone knows the dangers of talking or texting on your cell phone while driving, but what about CB use? Is it just as bad? There are laws about using your phone while driving, and there is none (as of yet) about using your CB while driving. Is it just as distracting? |

| Like I have said with cell phone its only a distraction if you let it....Your phone is a big distraction when texting but talking is a lil more like holding a mic to your face while using a CB., and looking down to dial the number is comparable to reaching up or down to change the CH on the CB...If you have to take your eyes off the road its consider a distraction... |

I think Cell Phones are much more distracting.
I believe Cell phones should use the GPS capability in them so that if the phone is moving over 15 mph, it will only dial 911...
I commute 100 miles round trip a day and come closer to getting killed daily by more idiots on phone than I do radio operators... |

| There are not as many CBers out there as there are Cell Phone users, but even back in the 70's when the number was HUGH, there wasn't a problem. I even seen you can buy a CB Mike to plug into your phone to talk on. So people would never guess your on a Cell Phone. |
