The Citizens’ Band radio system is also free for all American Citizens.

<title>No handsfree device for your cell phone?</title>
<link>http://www.internetrockradio.net/index.php?name=News&amp;file=article&amp;sid=15</link>
<description>The law is changing, and soon most states will not allow the use of your Cell Phone without a hands free device. Although, this law does not count for the CBer and their Microphones. Well, leave it up to the Japanese to invent a CB Mic for your Cell Phone.</description>

<title>How a CB antenna works...</title>
<link>http://www.internetrockradio.net/index.php?name=News&amp;file=article&amp;sid=10</link>
<description>A citizens band (CB) radio antenna is a device designed to do two things: It captures radio-frequency signals that are then converted to electrical signals by the receiver, and it takes electrical signals from the transmitter and converts them into radio-frequency signals. This second function is where tuning comes into play, because an antenna has to radiate radio-frequency signals, something that's done best when the length of the antenna precisely matches the wavelength of the transmitted radio frequency.
You can determine the proper length of an antenna by using a formula:

Wavelength (in feet) = 984 / frequency (in megahertz)
